Online Filipino Martial Arts Classes

Step 1: Prepare Your Space (and Yourself) at Home

We want to make sure your Filipino Martial Arts training at home is as productive, safe, and healthy as possible. Make sure you choose an area where you won't unintentionally swing and hit things, or clear a space for training.

If you have roommates or family members who can train with you, please invite them to join. Make it a fun activity to alleviate boredom during quarantine! (Just make sure that everyone washes their hands  before and after training. If a member of your household is sick, please don't train with them.)

Step 2: Check Your Emails for Updates

Check your email frequently, as we aim to communicate with the Legacy FMA Community with as much transparency and support as possible.

Additionally, Legacy will be creating training videos of each technique, disarm, lock, and takedown that may appear on your tests across Angles 1-6.

This is something you will be able to practice at home if you have a training partner!

Step 3: Live Stream Your Training

Our classes are now online using Zoom Video Conferencing! Whether you are considered at-risk or just want to social distance, we still want to train with you!

Attendence will be manually noted, so you won't get those pesky emails saying you've been missing class!

See you online!
